EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT

BOOK EARLY & SAVE £50 per person on all our 2019 overseas departures - and £25 per person on all our 2019 UK trips! But hurry, this offer runs for a LIMITED PERIOD ONLY.

Once again, we are pleased to offer our generous Early Bird Discount on all bookings for our 2019 tours made by 31st October 2018 latest.

Simply get your completed Booking Form and Booking Deposit to us by then and you will save £50 per person off the cost of any 2019 overseas trip with Limosa - and £25 per person off the cost of our 2019? holidays in the UK.

[The offer also applies retrospectively, so you won’t miss out in the event you have already booked your 2019 holiday with us!]

Rules: To qualify for our Early Bird Discount your completed Booking Form and Deposit Payment must reach our office by no later than midnight on Wednesday 31 October 2018. • Offer applies only to our 2019 tours - BUT there’s no limit to the number of tours you can book! • Discounts will be deducted from your balance payment not the tour deposit.

Throughout the life of the offer, full details will be posted in the News column on the Home page of this website. Details will also be published within our printed brochure, newsletters and enewsletters.

LIMOSA LOYALTY SCHEME - FREQUENT TRAVELLER DISCOUNT

Our FREQUENT TRAVELLER DISCOUNT scheme has been running since 1995 and gives you 5% OFF the tour cost on every 5th trip you take with us. Alternatively, you can elect to save up your discounts to claim a bigger 10% discount on your 10th trip! *1

We are especially proud of the number of loyal customers who travel regularly with us and our Frequent Traveller Offer is one way of saying “thank you” for booking your birding holidays with us. It’s just one of many benefits of travelling with Limosa.

How to claim: To take advantage of this offer, you must request your discount at time of booking. Just let us know how many trips you have taken with us when you book (still sending the full deposit for the tour). We’ll confirm this against our records and deduct the appropriate discount from our invoice for the balance when the time comes.

*1  Rules: Offer applies to the basic tour cost only (i.e. price per person based on sharing a twin room as advertised in our latest brochure and website). • Offer excludes certain commission-based trips, private trips, private extensions and cancellations. • Discounts cannot be given in lieu of tour deposits nor off the cost of any single room supplements or ‘add ons’ such as extra accommodation, additional flights and flight upgrades.

DISCOUNTS ON AIRPORT HOTELS & PARKING

All Limosa participants can avail themselves of an attractive range of discounts on UK airport hotels and car parking. By quoting our unique reference number, one simple phone call could save you up to 40% on these costs. Further details will be included within our Booking Confirmation letter.

 

PAYMENT OF BOOKING DEPOSIT

The amount of deposit per person is shown alongside every tour.

We accept deposit payments by electronic bank transfer (please ask for our bank details), UK?debit card and cheque (made payable to Limosa Holidays and drawn on a UK bank in GB Pounds Sterling).

For payment of booking deposits ONLY we also accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

 

PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE

We accept balance payments (including any additional payments such as interim flight payments, flight upgrades, extra accommodation, etc) by electronic bank transfer (please ask for our bank details), UK?debit card and cheque (made payable to Limosa Holidays and drawn on a UK bank in GB Pounds Sterling).

NOTE: From 1st January 2018, payments by credit card or overseas debit card will NOT be accepted for balance payments (nor for any additional payments such as interim flight payments, flight upgrades, extra accommodation, etc).

We do not accept post-dated cheques.  

BALANCE PAYMENTS BY OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
Payment of the balance by overseas customers must be in GB Pounds Sterling and made by electronic bank transfer - please ask for our bank details. (We will also accept bank drafts or cheques drawn in GB Pounds Sterling only and made payable to: Limosa Holidays)

Please note we do not accept cheques on US Banks in US Dollars, or cheques in Euros or Eurocheques.
