Unless otherwise stated, please note that our tour prices include the cost of Economy Class seats on scheduled return flights from London. Please note that an increasing number of airlines, particularly on short-haul flights, are now excluding the cost of in-flight meals and refreshments, which therefore have to be excluded from the cost of our tour. Where possible, we do our best to work around this, to maintain the all-inclusive nature of our tours.

On most tours, our guides fly with the group. On some trips (for example, where the guide is based in the destination or has travelled out in advance of the tour), they may not fly with the group.

Interim Flight Payments

Many airlines now demand full, non-refundable payment of the airfare before they will confirm the booking. Sometimes we need to secure flights several months in advance of the tour departure date, before full payment of the balance is due from you. In these cases we may need to ask you for a non-refundable interim payment, in addition to the tour deposit, in order to secure your flight booking for the tour.

'Land Only' Prices

For participants joining a tour from outside the UK, or not wishing to fly with the group from London, a land only price is available for most tours on request. We can often assist with alternative flight arrangements to suit particular needs, but please note that these can be more expensive than the published ‘group-based’ arrangement. If you are booking your own flights please be sure to contact us first to check that your flight plans fit with the current tour itinerary.

Additional Services

For a number of destinations now we are able to quote a price that includes a flight from a regional airport within the UK. Again, please enquire for details before booking. Please note that we usually charge a nominal booking fee of £25 per person to cover our administrative costs.

An increasing number of participants are choosing to fly out before the main tour, or return home afterwards - especially on long haul trips. We are always happy to quote for flights and other arrangements independent of the main group, but please note again that we usually charge a booking fee of £25 per person to cover our administrative costs.
