NO Surcharges

Surcharges have hit the headlines again this year in the wake of surging oil prices and other rising costs, and more tour companies are now surcharging clients. Limosa's policy has always been NOT to surcharge customers, regardless of the prevailing economic situation - our record in achieving this is second to none, and it is our intention to continue with this policy. Although under Package Travel regulations there is provision for surcharges to be made within certain parameters, Limosa Holidays undertakes not to impose any surcharge on any holiday booked during the life of our current brochure (which is valid until 31st August 2009).

Early Booking Discount

Accommodation and flights are much more easily secured well in advance. To encourage early booking therefore, we are pleased to offer an Early Booking Discount. Please note that this offer runs for a limited period only, usually immediately following publication of our new brochure. Throughout the life of the offer, full details will be posted in the News column on the Home page of this website.

Limosa Loyalty Discount

The success of our business is built upon repeat custom and our Frequent Travel Discount is one way of saying thank you to all who travel regularly with us. Under the scheme, everyone who takes four trips with us is entitled to claim a 5% discount on their fifth trip.* Or you can opt to save your discounts up and carry them forward to claim a 10% discount on your 10th trip. The choice is yours!

Discounts on Airport Hotels & Parking

All Limosa participants can avail themselves of an attractive range of discounts on UK airport hotels and car parking. One simple phone call could save you up to 40% on these costs. Details will be sent to you along with your Booking Confirmation letter.

No Surcharge on Credit Cards

To help your money go that little bit further, we are pleased to accept payments by most major credit cards (although not American Express). Many other bird tour operators do not offer this service and, of those that do, most add a surcharge of around 2%. Although our preference for payment of the balance is by cheque, when comparing costs, please note that we do NOT? surcharge for using credit cards or debit cards for payment.*

Paying by credit card is especially convenient for our overseas and online customers - and perfect for those late bookings too, enabling us to secure last minute airline seats and confirm your reservation on the spot.
